Agreement Overview

These General Terms govern access to sharpnode.one and related advisory engagements coordinated through Sharpnode (“we”, “us”). By requesting proposals, submitting forms, or browsing our materials, you acknowledge these terms unless superseded by a signed engagement letter.

Services Description

We provide advisory and consulting activities described in written proposals. Statements on this website illustrate typical engagements and do not guarantee availability, staffing, or timelines until confirmed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients supply timely access to stakeholders, repositories (where contracted), calendars, and escalation paths. Delayed inputs may shift schedules without liability for consequential gaps.

Intellectual Property

Pre-existing Sharpnode materials remain ours. Deliverables defined as “client-owned” transfer upon payment unless otherwise stated. Either party may reference anonymized outcomes for credentials with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Sharpnode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advisory opinions. Aggregate liability for a engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement during the six months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Daejeon shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice and a cure period where feasible. Sections on confidentiality, liability limits, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Material updates receive a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance except where prohibited law requires explicit consent.
